Capability
Your members' account, in their pocket, in your name.
The same record, the same consent history, the same self-service rights as the web portal — delivered as an app carrying your brand rather than ours. What a member changes in the app is the same change their account would make anywhere else, because there is only one record underneath.
One record, two surfaces.
Preferences by purpose and channel
The same granularity as the portal: accept service updates by email while declining marketing by SMS. A change appends a consent event and a confirmation follows it.
Their own data rights
Export, consent history and erasure, exercised by the member rather than by your support team — which is what makes the statutory deadline a non-event rather than a scheduling problem.
Sign-in they cannot lose
Multi-provider sign-in with the same rule as everywhere else: nobody can remove their last method, so self-lockout is structurally impossible.
Devices and sessions
Every signed-in device listed with its last use, and a remote sign-out per device. Changing a password ends every other session.
Accessibility carried over
The same theme choices as the web surfaces, including the ones built for larger text, higher contrast and colour-blind-safe palettes. The choice is the member's, not yours.
Your brand, not ours
Your name, your icon, your colours, your words. There is no 'powered by' on it.
A monthly charge and a one-off to get it live.
The app is charged monthly on top of your tenancy, with a single one-off charge covering the first build and the store listings. The one-off is not a licence fee: it is the work of getting your brand through two app stores, which is real and happens once.
After that, updates to the app ride along with the platform's own releases rather than being quoted each time.
- A monthly charge per tenancy, not per member or per device
- One one-off setup charge covering the first build and both store listings
- Store developer accounts are yours and stay yours
- Updates ride with the platform's releases
Questions about the app
Whose developer accounts are the listings under?
Yours. The app is published in your name, which is the only arrangement that leaves you able to move on without losing your listing or your reviews.
Is it a wrapper around the web portal?
It is the same record and the same rules, presented for a phone. We would rather say that plainly than claim a rebuild that would only give you a second implementation of the same consent logic to keep in step.
What happens to app data when somebody is erased?
The same thing that happens everywhere else, because it is the same record. Their data is removed on erasure, their sessions are revoked, and the consent history is kept as evidence of lawful processing — it holds no name or contact detail.
Can we change the words in it?
Yes. The app draws its wording the same way the rest of the platform does, so renaming a label changes it there too rather than requiring a release.

The useful conversation is about what your members actually do on a phone, which is usually fewer things than a feature list suggests and all of them urgent.
